Plenary Health Preferred Proponent for Milton Hospital
Published 21 January 2015TORONTO, ONTARIO – The Plenary Health team has been selected as Preferred Proponent for the Milton District Hospital Redevelopment.

The project will significantly increase the capacity and capabilities of the hospital’s most in-demand departments, including: emergency, surgical, critical care, maternal newborn, diagnostic imaging and support services, as well as medical/surgical inpatient units.
The Plenary Health consortium consists of:
- Developer: Plenary Group (Canada) Ltd;
- Constructor: PCL Constructors Canada Inc;
- Architect: B+H Architects & RTKL;
- Financial Advisor: RBC Capital Markets; and
- Facility Manager: Johnson Controls.
The Milton Hospital Redevelopment is Plenary Group’s 8th win of 2014, in North America.
