Plenary shortlisted for Rapid Bridge Replacement Project
Published 27 March 2014HARRISBURG, PENNSYLVANIA – A Plenary led consortium, Plenary Walsh Keystone Partners, has been shortlisted for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s (PennDOT) Rapid Bridge Replacement Project to replace at least 500 bridges across Pennsylvania.
The teams were scored and selected based on criteria including their financial capability to carry out the project, their background and experience in managing comparable projects and each team’s understanding of the project.
PennDOT expects to release final project details and requirements to the shortlisted teams in Q2 and to select a preferred proposal in Q3, 2014.
The successful team will manage the design, construction and maintenance of the replacement bridges and will also be responsible for financing the project.
The Plenary Walsh Keystone Partners consortium includes The Walsh Group, Granite Construction Company, HDR Engineering, HNTB Corporation and Infrastructure Corporation of America.
