Plenary expands US operations to Denver
Published 25 July 2014DENVER, COLORADO – Plenary Group has expanded its presence in the US, opening an office in Denver, Colorado.
The new office in downtown Denver is in the Wells Fargo Center, and is the company’s second US office.
Plenary Group established a headquarters in Los Angeles in late 2013, following the appointment of Dale Bonner, who now serves as Executive Chairman of Plenary Concessions.
“We are excited to achieve this important milestone as we continue our steady growth in the US market”, said Bonner. “The Denver office solidifies our presence in Colorado and the team adds significant depth to our operations across North America.”
Plenary’s new Denver office will lead the company’s management of the US 36 Managed Lanes Project . The partnership between Plenary Roads Denver and the Colorado Department of Transportation’s High Performance Transportation Enterprise is Plenary’s first P3 project in the US.
The Denver-based team will also support Plenary’s pursuit of the State’s promising pipeline of P3 projects, as well as providing expertise in the pursuit and delivery of other civil projects across North America, under the leadership of Matt Girard, COO North American Civil.
