Plenary shortlisted for Swift Current long term care facility

SWIFT CURRENT, SASKATCHEWAN – Plenary Health, a consortium of Plenary Group, PCL Constructors Canada, Stantec, and Johnson Controls Inc., has been shortlisted to bid a new 225 bed long term care facility in Swift Current.

Plenary Health is one of three teams selected by the Saskatchewan Government to progress to the Request for Proposal stage of the procurement. A preferred proponent is expected to be selected by spring 2014.

The project will be delivered under the design-build-finance-maintain procurement model, ensuring the best quality and value for the people of Saskatchewan.

Construction of the new facility is expected to start in summer 2014 with completion targeted for spring 2016.
