Plenary shortlisted for new roads project in Indiana, US

INDIANA – Plenary Group (through Plenary Roads Indiana) has been shortlisted by the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) and the Indiana Finance Authority to bid on the I-69 roads PPP/P3 project in Indiana, USA.

The successful bidder will be responsible for designing, building, financing, maintaining and operating I-69 Section 5, which involves upgrades to the existing SR 37 between Bloomington and Martinsville.

The project is estimated to be worth between USD $300-500 million and the project operating term is 35 years.

INDOT issued RFIs for the project in early December 2012. A total 17 replies were received and RFQs were then issued in May.

Final RFP’s are expected to be issued in fall 2013.
