Plenary grows its Australian PPP team

MELBOURNE and SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA - Plenary has expanded its award winning Australian PPP team with a number of recent hires across its Sydney and Melbourne offices.
Warwick Taylor joins Plenary in Melbourne as Associate. Warwick was previously a Senior Associate at law firm Corrs Chambers Westgarth and was most recently Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions at Australia Post.
Plenary’s Sydney office welcomes Brendan Lee also as an Associate Director, Origination. Prior to joining Plenary, Brendan was the Investment Manager for RF Capital – a high net worth family office active in investing across a broad range of asset classes. Prior to his time at RF Capital, Brendan spent five years in the origination team at Babcock & Brown.
Dean Lin also joins the Sydney office as an Associate. Just prior to starting at Plenary, Dean spent four years working in the Project Finance debt Origination team at BOS International.
Plenary’s Melbourne-based Operations & Asset Management team welcomes David Keenan as Senior Project Manager, a critical member of the team delivering the $1 billion Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre.
David joins the team from the recent successful delivery of the Kinghorn Cancer Centre in Sydney.
Plenary currently has 66 staff working across its offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide.
