Reconciliation

Our vision for reconciliation is for an Australia that embraces and promotes unity between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and the wider community

The reconciliation journey we have been on since 2020 represents a formalisation of our commitment to developing respectful relationships and creating meaningful opportunities with First Nations peoples and organisations, and improving socioeconomic outcomes.

We want to leverage our unique role in bringing together the public and private sectors to embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, histories and communities into public infrastructure.

We are a company that exhibits and promotes equality, equity, and acceptance of our shared history.

We continually strive to actively promote reconciliation and provide our people with tangible, practical ways to be able to contribute to that journey; a diverse and inclusive workplace that is culturally safe, culturally rich and culturally proud.

It is an ongoing journey of learning, understanding and relationship building among our staff and the people and organisations with which we collaborate.
