About Asia Pacific

We are a leading independent long-term investor, developer and manager of public infrastructure, specialising in public-private partnerships and precinct development

Established in 2004, we now have more than 160 professionals across offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide.

Our assets under management comprise 20 projects worth more than $25 billion, part of our global portfolio of 79 projects worth more than $58 billion across Australia, Canada, the US and the UAE.

We are known for delivering some of the most iconic public infrastructure in Australia, such as Sydney Metro, the Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre and Gold Coast Light Rail.

The success we have achieved in our core PPP business has allowed us to grow our asset management capability, and our asset management team is responsible for providing asset management services to additional infrastructure assets across Australia, including Mater Hospital in Newcastle, and Melbourne's Peninsula Link.

Plenary and CDPQ

In 2016 one of Canada’s leading institutional investors Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec acquired a 20 per cent stake in the Asia Pacific business.

CDPQ is a long-standing partner, having invested more than $200 million in seven Plenary projects since 2012.

Its investment in our business is a vote-of-confidence in our approach to active asset management and long-term investment.

With CDPQ as an investor, we have the additional capital to pursue our growth ambitions across Australia and New Zealand, Asia and the Middle East, and the UK and Europe.
